What struck me was the remarkably friendly staff who ensured every detail was covered, right from the welcome drink to assistance with excursions in the stunning Dolomites. The hotel restaurant deserves a mention for its exceptional food. The chef really understands the art of presentation and robust flavours. If you have a sweet tooth, the desserts are a must-try! Room service was efficient, and I found the soundproofing to be quite effective for a restful night's sleep. With a comprehensive bar offering and a delightful outdoor dining area, it made for a relaxing evening by the pool. Given its excellent location and thoughtful amenities, this hotel provides a sophisticated experience without the wallet-wrecking price tag that often accompanies luxury stays. Definitely a wise choice for value-seeking travellers!
